What we are doing & why?

We are documenting the pursuit of the goal of opening a successful brewery from the ground up. 

We would argue that there are many people out there working in the world that dream of having a job that is more fun.  Of making a living doing something they enjoy and that is socially rewarding rather than the somewhat soul crushing experience of working for a large corporation.

We are going to try and start the type of business that is both fun and rewarding. And of course, dog friendly. We have five awesome dogs between the two of us! 

We are going to try to follow the dream many people have. 

What you will learn?

We are going to do our best to document the good and the bad.  The successes and failures.  We are going to record the various tasks, expenses, and efforts associated with the attempt to open a brewery. 

We are sure some will be amusing, some will be boring.  Hopefully there will be lessons that can be learned from others.

If we fail, you can read of our mistakes and see the costs we incurred.  Maybe learn from those mistakes and at the very least, have some empirical evidence of what it would cost you to go down the same path.
